UPDATE: Bilt Mastercard added on 4/26/2023.
A few months I developed a renewed interest in credit card reward sign-on bonuses. As the point start to build, I wanted to be able to use them in most efficient way possible without allowing them to expire.
I could not find one resource with all of the information I needed, so I built a spreadsheet with data from a few different sources.
This spreadsheet focuses on transferring points with American Express, Bilt, Capital One, Chase and Citi. Although my primary focus is point transfer, I also included airlines that did not offer point transfer with these cards.
You will find the complete spreadsheet in Google Sheets by clicking here. This will allow you to sort the data by column.
The “transfer time” is a guideline and not set in stone. The time is in days with the maximum time listed. Airlines with 0 days will usually transfer instantly.
The “expiration” is the amount of time in months that the miles will expire after transferring to a partner. This time is often extended after activity occurs on your account. You may also extend the life of the miles by holding a credit card with the airline/hotel or if you have achieved an elevated status with them.
Let me know if you find errors. Enjoy!
